Constat<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n\n

La qu\u00eate d\u2019authenticit\u00e9 envers une urbanisation croissante, met en \u00e9vidence un d\u00e9sir d\u2019int\u00e9grer plus d\u2019aspect de la nature dans la vie quotidienne. La mise en lumi\u00e8re m\u00e9diatique des zones c\u00f4ti\u00e8res, mettant en avant leurs avantages, accentue les pressions et fantasmes associ\u00e9s \u00e0 la qu\u00eate d\u2019un refuge. <\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n\n

Sous le souffle du vent et \u00e0 la rencontre des profondeurs marines, les individus vivent une exp\u00e9rience riche en affrontant les \u00e9l\u00e9ments naturels. Toute cette attention contribue \u00e0 int\u00e9grer depuis toujours la zone c\u00f4ti\u00e8re dans un imaginaire complexe, teint\u00e9 de significations.

\u00c9tude de terrain<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n\n

Pour construire ce m\u00e9moire, je suis all\u00e9e \u00e0 la rencontre des habitants du village de Babihana. J’ai pu \u00e9changer avec les acteurs du village: p\u00eacheurs, pr\u00e9sident des jeunes, \u2026 afin de me projeter dans la trame de vie quotidienne de ces personnes. <\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n

Le banc de sable d\u2019Assinie, en apparence paisible, r\u00e9v\u00e8le une dualit\u00e9 entre nature et culture. Il symbolise une multitude de rapports de force entre l\u2019urbain et le vivant, la mer et la terre, le d\u00e9veloppement et la pr\u00e9servation.

Depuis les ann\u00e9es 80, la zone connait essor touristique. Alors, les quatre villages de p\u00eacheurs qui s’y trouvent sont ceux, les plus vuln\u00e9rables. Ils manquent d’infrastructures \u00e9ducatives, condamnant la population \u00e0 des emplois pr\u00e9caires et un avenir incertain. <\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n","protected":false},"author":38,"featured_media":45664,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_metafield_presentation":"Latest revision: Every year, I return to a long beach in Assinie, C\u00f4te d\u2019Ivoire. It spans a distance of 22 kilometres, from the sea to the lagoon. It is a stimulating place to explore, with its unique beauty, far removed from urban life. For a few years now, the integrity of this peninsula has been threatened in the face of unregulated urbanisation and the impacts of climate change. Using a sensitive map, I trace a memory of today\u2019s Assinie in my own way.
