Depuis 2015, plus de 6,9 milliards de tonnes de d\u00e9chets plastiques ont \u00e9t\u00e9 produites. Environ 9 % ont \u00e9t\u00e9 recycl\u00e9s, 12 % ont \u00e9t\u00e9 incin\u00e9r\u00e9s et 79 % ont \u00e9t\u00e9 accumul\u00e9s dans des d\u00e9charges ou dans la nature.

Face \u00e0 la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 de ces chiffres, il est temps de reconna\u00eetre la situation et de prendre des mesures.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n

The aim is to highlight the ecological challenges posed by this industry, from design to manufacturing, from consumer choice to a product's end-of-life.

My dissertation analyses all the inconsistencies in this sector, as well as the challenges to be met. This includes the impact of packaging on the planet, but also how we can improve our habits.

Packaging manufacturers, brands, recycling centres and consumers are all stakeholders in the ecological emergency.
