Dans l\u2019optique de valoriser le patrimoine d\u00e9j\u00e0 existant, l\u2019entr\u00e9e de la Cheminote est conserv\u00e9e. Aux horaires d\u2019ouverture, le portail du terrain est ouvert donnant directement sur le rez-de-chauss\u00e9e du b\u00e2timent.
Une entr\u00e9e par voie fluviale est cr\u00e9\u00e9e afin de pr\u00e9server le lien entre le lieu et les hortillonnages. <\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n

Plusieurs dispositifs de culture hors-sol sont pr\u00e9sents sur le site afin que les adh\u00e9rents puissent d\u00e9couvrir diff\u00e9rentes fa\u00e7ons de cultiver. Dans l\u2019optique de rendre l\u2019agriculture inclusive, ces syst\u00e8mes agricoles sont \u00e0 hauteur d\u2019homme. <\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n

Des parcelles de terres sont multipli\u00e9es sur la partie sud du b\u00e2timent afin de former les adh\u00e9rents aux techniques agricoles classiques.

It has now been abandoned for 50 years.
Located between Amiens and Longueau, the fabric of this neighbourhood is a patchwork of old residences: the \u201cAmi\u00e9noises\u201d, new offices and student accommodation. However, this budding neighbourhood lacks in its own life. Located not far from the \u201cHortillonnages\u201d (marsh market gardens), the aim of the project is to offer a new space for learning agricultural methods. This community space trains and supports young people in the so-called neo-agricultural professions.
