The idea of the refuge has guided my entire thought process, especially the refuge as somewhere quiet, to think, imagine and self-explore. The question of finding refuge goes beyond just a shelter from the outside world, it pushes the mind to find a part of itself that connects us to the world.
Two aedicules offer the opportunity to experience the landscape. First of all, thanks to a shelter, when it rains, like an observatory, a sensitive viewpoint, which aims our gaze between land and sky. Then comes a micro-dwelling, which offers a comfortable resting place for hikers.
