Cette intervention offre aux Bisontins et visiteurs
une nouvelle lecture de la capitale Franc-comtoise. Un lien se cr\u00e9e entre ville nouvelle et c\u0153ur ancien, amenant ainsi de nouvelles mani\u00e8res d\u2019habiter et d\u2019appr\u00e9cier les fortifications, en harmonie avec
leur riche pass\u00e9 et leur potentiel futur. <\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n\n

Une vision globale et interconnect\u00e9e.


Une nouvelle ligne de tramway connectant le site directement au p\u00f4le microtechnique et au campus \u00e9tudiant permet de r\u00e9duire le nombre de parking en incitant \u00e0 l\u2019utilisation de modes de transport plus doux.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n

Pour lutter contre le ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne de \u00abkebabisation\u00bb des villes et avoir un impact positif sur l\u2019\u00e9conomie locale, un march\u00e9 de restauration rapide en partenariat avec des producteurs locaux est impl\u00e9ment\u00e9 dans le site.

\u00c0 proximit\u00e9 d\u2019une forte concentration \u00e9tudiante et en lien direct avec le lyc\u00e9e h\u00f4telier de la ville, le parking des Ar\u00e8nes est le lieu id\u00e9al pour d\u00e9velopper ce programme. <\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n\n


L\u2019architecture du lieu est pens\u00e9e comme un geste qui rend hommage aux diff\u00e9rentes strates du pass\u00e9, devenant ainsi un espace public de vie culturelle et de nature urbaine. <\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n

Today, this area, which has become a car park, must be redesigned to meet the social, environmental and climate challenges of the 21st century. This project to design the area aims to transform it into an urban green lung, offering a new place to stroll cadenced by collective and urban uses, revealing the strata of Besan\u00e7on's past.
