conducted in the Emile Dubois neighbourhood of Aubervilliers (93). This neighbourhood is home to several associations that are essential to the city\u2019s life, but which will lose their premises during the New Urban Renewal Project (NPRU) that is currently under way.<br \/><br \/>I then asked myself how the community life of Emile Dubois could be preserved during the urban renewal works?<br \/><br \/>The CASA project is implemented as a new temporary location for these associations during the roll-out of the NPRU.
