Les principales inspirations incluent les fen\u00eatres en fer couramment pr\u00e9sentes dans les r\u00e9sidences, qui montrent l&#8217;ins\u00e9curit\u00e9 des r\u00e9sidents face au monde ext\u00e9rieur, se prot\u00e9geant comme une armure tout en se clo\u00eetrant dans une cage, et apercevant vaguement le monde ext\u00e9rieur \u00e0 travers les moustiquaires. La zone d&#8217;exposition, orient\u00e9e vers l&#8217;entr\u00e9e, b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie de la meilleure lumi\u00e8re naturelle. Le comptoir d&#8217;entr\u00e9e centralise les services (infos, pr\u00eats, inscriptions). Le RDC abrite un caf\u00e9-boutique, permettant aux visiteurs de d\u00e9couvrir des produits authentiques ta\u00efwanais et de se connecter avec la communaut\u00e9 locale. L&#8217;auditorium, destin\u00e9 aux festivals de cin\u00e9ma, performances et conf\u00e9rences, s&#8217;\u00e9tend vers la cour, utilis\u00e9e pour les \u00e9v\u00e9nements publics et spectacles. to the quest for national awareness and cultural identity.<br \/>The concept of this project is based on the Taiwanese living environment, where the predominance of barred windows in the residence demonstrates the insecurity residents feel about the outside world, protecting and caging themselves at the same time, like armour, taking a brief glance into the world through mosquito screens. This sense of a veil is also present in everyday life, in such items as temple incense, the steam from street kitchens, tropical humidity or the industrial pollution caused by development.
