Constat<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n\n

Dans nos soci\u00e9t\u00e9s contemporaines, la mont\u00e9e en technologie permet d’offrir plus d\u2019autonomie et de flexibilit\u00e9 tout en contribuant \u00e0 une diminution du lien social. C’est pourquoi le luxe de demain pourrait se caract\u00e9riser par une mise en valeur des relations humaines et un engagement envers l’inclusion sociale. <\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n\n

Le march\u00e9 captive par son spectacle urbain. Il met en sc\u00e8ne la vivacit\u00e9 de la ville et du trottoir dans un cadre temporel pr\u00e9cis. C’est un espace public o\u00f9 l’\u00e9change, les rencontres et les d\u00e9couvertes enrichissent la vie du quartier. Ces \u00e9l\u00e9ments sont essentiels pour transformer l’h\u00f4tel en un lieu de vie, plut\u00f4t qu’un lieu de passage. <\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n\n

Concept et programmation<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n\n

Le projet pose le concept de plateaux qui s\u2019inspirent de la ville du quart d\u2019heure de Carlos Monero. Une ville \u00e0 \u00e9chelle humaine o\u00f9 tous nos besoins sont accessibles en 15 min \u00e0 pied ou \u00e0 v\u00e9lo. <\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n\n

On retrouve une juxtaposition de plusieurs fonctions: le march\u00e9, le co-working et l\u2019h\u00e9bergement. Ils cr\u00e9ent ainsi un \u00e9cosyst\u00e8me au sein de l\u2019h\u00f4tel, comme une ville miniature. Ces plateaux sont libres et flexibles, avec ou sans enveloppe. <\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n
