Pour arriver jusqu’au refuge, les participants entament une marche de deux heures leurs permettant de reprendre contact avec la biodiversit\u00e9. Ici, l’on vit au rythme de la journ\u00e9e. On prend le temps d’appr\u00e9cier chaque instant, d’appr\u00e9cier le vivant tout autour de nous. <\/em><\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n

Dans cette id\u00e9e du WABI SABI, le pass\u00e9 du site n’est pas gomm\u00e9. Il est rendu visible au visiteur. Les fronti\u00e8res entre les espaces construits et la nature se floutent. La limite devient abstraite, permettant ainsi de vivre dehors. <\/em><\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n

Dans la partie basse du refuge, prend place les diff\u00e9rentes c\u00e9r\u00e9monies du plat sensible. Du choix des ingr\u00e9dients \u00e0 la d\u00e9gustation de la soupe en passant par la pr\u00e9paration du plat : l’enti\u00e8ret\u00e9 du repas infuse dans l’espace. <\/em><\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n

Pour la premi\u00e8re c\u00e9r\u00e9monie, chacun se sert la soupe et va prendre place dehors. Chacun mange en silence pour \u00eatre concentr\u00e9 sur ses sensations : les odeurs, les saveurs, les couleurs. Prend place une m\u00e9ditation de pleine conscience durant tout le repas. <\/em><\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n

Cet objet intime en contact avec nos mains et notre bouche est vecteur de reconnexion \u00e0 nos sens. Il poss\u00e8de une forme qui permet aux mains de l’englober. Une partie du bol est aplatie pour pouvoir boire ou y d\u00e9poser la cuill\u00e8re. Il est r\u00e9alis\u00e9 en terre et \u00e9maill\u00e9 selon la technique du Raku. <\/em><\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n

Cette c\u00e9r\u00e9monie s’organise autour du feu o\u00f9 chacun va pouvoir notamment partager ses souvenirs de soupe. Le feu comme foyer permet de se rassembler et d’\u00eatre ensemble. <\/em><\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n

Today, it is something we chase, without really living in the moment or appreciating what is in front of us. Located on the site of the former Cap Sici\u00e9 Semaphore, the project draws its inspiration from WABI SABI. This Japanese movement highlights the present and the careful observation of nature. On this ridge facing the Mediterranean, participants regain contact with the living world and recreate links with their sensations. Mealtimes then becomes a ritual, centred around a delicate dish that transcends time.
